Games Workshop have a pretty big release for you this week in Age Of Sigmar. You'll have seen the leaks for this earlier in the week but say hello to the big new plastic kit for the Stormcast Eternals, the Celestant-Prime...

Avenging Angel

The model itself is rather massive standing at around the height of the Glottkin from The End Times line-up. Wielding Ghal Maraz in one hand and the Cometstrike Sceptre in the other you won't be able to escape its avenging wrath.

Celestant Prime #1

As a model I think it's a pretty good one from Games Workshop and the only thing that I don't like about the model is the swirling vortex beneath it. Otherwise I think it's a fairly awesome model.

Celestant Prime (Close-Up)

Celestant Prime #2

It would have been interesting to see peoples reactions to the model if it had actually been larger in stature. By that I mean reaching that height on its own without the swirls.  I think keeping him large but dominating like this with wings unfurled gives it the right amount of commanding presence.

As always you can download the rules for him HERE for free.

Airbrush Paints

In addition to this avenging angel they have also released a new line of Airbrush Paints...

Citadel Air

"Ready-thinned and usable straight from the 12ml pot, this is a set of paints manufactured to the same exacting standard as every other range we produce."

I could see this being a useful tool for folks who use their airbrush a lot. Having them ready to use right out of the pot is handy. We shall have to wait and see on whether or not they are any better than the existing line-up out there in the hobby world right now.

What do you think of the Celestant-Prime?
