A Mystical Orc Faces Your Heroes In Sword & Sorcery
August 15, 2015 by brennon
Ares Games upcoming project, Sword & Sorcery, will be heading to Kickstarter soon and of course any good adventure needs foes. See what you think of this one, the Orc Shaman...
I loved the artwork when I saw it, giving the Orcs this really dynamic look, and it was good to see that translated over so well into the render. I think people are going to have a lot of painting him up and giving him that mystical glow that you see in the art.
If this is the quality of enemies we've got to look forward to then we're in for a treat with this one. Let's hope the game is good too!
What do you think?

Love the model, has that Blizzard super buff Orc look
Very Warcrafty, shame it’s a only kickstarter thing though, if it gets funded we’ll have to wait for months and months.
That is a very nice looking orc. One of the best shaman for orcs I’ve seen.
Outstanding. Good to see a shift away from the cartoony nonsense.
That looks pretty damn cool. Don’t know about anyone else, but it feels like there’s a new miniature board game out every other week and they ALL look amazing. So many pretty things! I can’t afford them all!
he looks good.
That looks really nice.
That is a very impressive Orc Shaman. As toxicvex notes, it is reminiscent of Warcraft artwork, which works rather well here.
