So glad they’re doing ground combat! 🙂
Never gets old 😉
Happy Sunday, went and got a cuppa, back in bed now viewing!
Happy Sunday!
I think my kid is just as excited about Halo ships and ground combat as Lloyd 🙂
Happy sunday
happy sunday …..halo ground ….cant wait 🙂
Happy Sunday guys, looking forward to seeing where Spartan go with Halo.
Studio miniatures do a great figure of Ash under the name Cole, as well as other great figures
Lloyd i’m not sure if you saw the 15mm stuff at salute I know you guys get super busy so here are some pics I found on line http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/644945.page
Is ‘purple javelin’ a euphemism?..
very interesting morning
I’ve had a very nice eight days of gaming. I’ve played in a Relic Knights tournament (won), a Guild Ball tournament (third), played Dead of Winter, DC Deckbuilding Game, Krosmaster, and DC Dicemasters. I also have an L5R tournament today.
Well done!
Lets say you did want a 28mm warthog?v=1436377923&w=639&fit=max&auto=format&q=92&s=a8c89d8e4d1ab7f433725ddbb19b3fdb anvil industries are gonna be pretty dang close when these guys are out, I have one from the KS.
An excellent set of rules for a zombie game is All Things Zombie, by Two Hour Wargames, it ticks all the boxes of competitive, collaborative, solo and narrative orientated games! Can be obtained as a very reasonably priced pdf download too! http://www.twohourwargames.com/
The new Bullets and Brains looks interesting as well. http://www.eaststreetgames.com
Sunday Happy !
Happy Sunday.
$100 for the Monster KS now looks a great deal, even after almost 3 years.
Didn’t zombicide do a Ash tribute model?
Genysis is alright. Certainly worth a watch if Terminator is your thing. If you haven’t seen the first two movies a lot of it will be lost on you.
Also, if you haven’t seen the trailer, don’t watch it. It spoils the plot twist.
Happy Sunday!
Dust wise? I don’t think the “Unassembled” was a great idea, given the whole sale point of Dust was that it was built and primed. The painted I understood straight up but the unassembled seems like a complete pointless exercise given the price difference is so minuscule.
hi guys!
Audio went out of sync for me after the halo piece 🙁 only by about 1/2 a second…
Wargames factory apoc survivors and zombies are cool and CHEAP… for zombie rules try ATZ (all things zombie)
Happy Sunday
Kinda disappointed we won’t get a halo 28mm game, would have loved to add some covenant to my collection.
@lloyd best ash on the market http://www.hfminis.co.uk/shop?product=oakley~hfa055&category=miniatures~modern-adventurers~modern-%26post%252dapoc~modern-adventurers.
@joerugby – I’ve had a look, can’t seem to find him.

Still sulking a little as the Halo ground combat stuff will be 15mm..I’m approaching 50 and eyesight isn’t at its best anymore 🙁
But I can see the point. It’s gonna be epic anyways.
You can definitely build an Ash from the WGF Male Survivors set (worth having because of the weapons sprue alone- although the female one is even better, they’ve Mac10s!)
Guess I will have to build one now..
Ash vs Evil Dead is something that IN THEORY I am excited for. I have also only seen #3 though.
I say in theory because until its out everything is only in theory
happy sunday
Lloyd there are already unit card stats out there for the at43 stuff on “the war continues DUST” web site
Will need to check them out 🙂
@trewets – looks like they are for Warfare: http://twc-dust-tactics.blogspot.co.uk/p/dust-cards.html but I’m playing Battlefield.
15mm. I can live with that.
The one, single downside to that is that it makes it a bit problematic to do a Scarab. Other than that, it sounds awesome.
My game options are now complete.
Sci-fi skirmish: Infinity.
Sci-fi mass battle: Halo ground war thing.
Sci-fi space dogfight: X-wing.
Sci-fi fleet combat: Halo space game.
Fantasy dungeon crawler: Dungeon Saga.
Fantasy mass battle: Kings of War.
Sorted! 🙂
15mm is perfect for a scarab 🙂
Not too big not too small
