One of our most interesting boards (we think) is the Haqqislam City Board and we're loving the set up with this Palace sitting among the slums of this sandy desert world...

How does elevation factor into the game aside from LOS? any bonus rolls to the attack?
If there is a place for cover you get cover but I think elevated is best suited for having the best LOS
I think if you are prone in a elevated position it counts like partial cover.
It does so long as the enemy troop is below the prone one.
Those tables are awesome
You know you play on a nice table when you can plan this many tactics and strategies!
Tables are huge for three guys. You could run around for hours and not bump into each other if you wanted.
My mate’s finishing off that very same palace terrain at the moment. Hopefully the table we end up playing on will look half as good

interesting to hear how the tables are playing from the players as well. I think I am going to have to make some tables with large raised areas like that one has.

Are these terrains provided by Corvus Belli? They don’t look like the ones produced by terrain companies. Some excelent custom work.
Can you do some close ups of this terrains. I would love to see the painting and details on the buildings.
I belive its plastcraft Building. have been shown in a previous show.
The nice thing about this table is that it has so much character. It feels very middle eastern and very very cool.
Watching the bootcamp just makes me want to build a whole slew of tables, problem is that amazing tables like that, take up so much space

Yes storing terrain is always a hassle.

This board is reminiscent of Counterstrike for me.
I may need to stop going through these before jealousy makes me build something that is conceptually cool but well beyond me so it turns out to be a disaster
