Big Guns from Puppets War
June 23, 2011 by atomsmasher
Straight out of Poland comes this collection of gun turrets from Puppets War. These pieces look great and give you many options. The new releases include a Machine Gun turret, a Laser-Plasma turret, a Gatling turret, a Flame turret, a Laser turret and something called a Nuclear Heater turret.
These pieces are highly detailed resin and 28mm scale. You could easily install them on your current vehicles or on your more important terrain pieces to keep your opponent in his place.
Puppets War also has a mobile gun platform so your new turrets can roam around the field to protect objectives, or maybe become objectives themselves!
This line looks really great and I hope they keep expanding it. Where's my missile turrets?
I wonder how fast a Nuclear Heater turret can pop popcorn…
REEEEAL fast from what I know of nuclear heaters. You see Im an expert on nuclear heater turrets and all things that heat popcorn.
i popped popcorn by lighting a fart…i think the vid is still up on the tube…not sure tho. if i remember correctly, it’s called “bumcorn”
Its not
What scale are these? Could be worth a mention in the post.
28mm and that is Warhammer40K scale
are they movable ? to me it seems like they are locked in this position …but that wouldnt make much sense casting-wise
I did mention it, in the paragraph between the two photographs. You had me going for a second!
Twinlinked multimelta, heavy bolter, flamestorm cannon, assault cannon and lascannon
Hm – they’re 28mm, but are they supposed to be vehicle-sized or heavy-weapon sized? Is the mobile platform basically the size of a Chimera chassis – or is it more of a tractor mount for something the size of an IG infantry heavy weapon? 15 pounds is a steal if it’s vehicle-sized.
no its more like a weapon-platform for two reasons, if not this would be a chimera sized model casted as one part and the weapons would be very huge in comparison to a normal model or vehicle
Considering the weapons choice they have chosen we can presume they are for a certain vehicle so I would say they would fit perfectly on the back of a *****back.
