Twin Shadows the First Expansion for Imperial Assault Announced

Fantasy Flight Games has announced the first expansion to their new game Imperial Assault. Twin Shadows is a full expansion for both the campaign and skirmish games. In this expansion the battle is taken to Tatooine as you lead a team of rebels in search of Han Solo, R2-D2 and C-3PO who have disappeared on their own assignment to investigate the increased presence of the Empire.

Fantasy Flight Games states:

"Twin Shadows is a new expansion for Imperial Assault, offering plenty of new content for both the campaign and skirmish games. Danger lurks around every corner in this expansion: Twin Shadows boasts six new missions that can be played as side missions for a larger campaign. These missions can also be strung together as a fully formed mini-campaign chronicling your efforts to rescue Han Solo and survive the danger that waits on Tatooine. In addition, this expansion offers two new skirmish missions, offering new opportunities for you to battle a friend in thrilling tactical battles."

With new characters such as Heavy Stormtroopers and Tusken Raiders and a new Rebel Elite Strike Team. It is exciting to see continued expansions for Imperial Assault and we are looking forward to delving deeper and seeing how far into the galaxy we can go. It also looks like Boba Fett is going to play a larger part in this expansion.
