Arthur’s Trusty Retainer Follows Him into Medieval Madness
March 16, 2015 by dracs
Studio Miniatures have published the second preview for their upcoming Medieval Madness Kickstarter; the faithful retainer of King Arthur himself.
Heavily laden with all the regalia and gear needed by his royal majesty, this loyal retainer may not be the brightest, but he will always be ready with a coconut should the need arise.
Even with these two early previews, I think it's safe to say Studio Miniatures are preparing to bring us out a fantastic range of characterful medieval minis. These first two are hilarious reference pieces and could be interesting to see turn up in games.
What else do you think could appear in this Kickstarter?

The knights of Ni ride again.
I can’t see this one running away from monster rabbit.
“Stop that! This is silly!” 😀 Just awesome! I have learned english from the Pythons 🙂
“It’s only a model!” 😉
… Why the heck did I not think of that for the headline!
Well, you have to know these things when you’re a king, you know.
These would be a stupid, stupid, stupid addition to this year’s Wars of the Roses project.
Am I interested? Youbetcha!
It’s no ordinary model it’s the most foul cruel bad tempered……………….
For someone of my age you just have to have such an iconic piece. I want to do a Milites Christi warband for C&C he could fit in there a treat.
Funny thatbat the bootcamp I did talk about doing a bertonian army using the search for the grail as a starting point …and now there are the minies
Great models but they really do need to upgrade there website very annoying
