Obviously, it would be better to be there, but the coverage is amazing – I’ve got to hand it to you guys, this is the best convention coverage I’ve ever seen! The format of blog updates, the taste of the events and overviews; there’s no ambiguity, this is how it’s happening, we are experiencing it in the closest way possible for an Internet connection – hats off to you!
That looks incredible, really well done. But you guys had better start work on the Bolt Action terrain as soon as you can if you’re going to have enough for all those tables! That’s a lot of carpet tiles, sandpaper and doormats you’ll have to process.
Thanks for the live stream, it’s brilliant.
Scenography is crucial in most wargames, or at least in wargames y like xD
I would love to see some kind of “less than 2 inch tall terrain” tutorial, for really small obstacles and covers, like cars and tank traps, etc… How many is too many or too little would be sweet ^_^ because UCM folded turrets, antigrav vehicles and PHR walkers interact in unique and colourful ways to that kind of terrain.
some one said tanks so john rocks up with his fav hat
I love the modulosity (yes that’s a made up word) of the 4ground terrain. And the gaming mats look awesome. I’m really enjoying watching this boot camp unfold
i wonder. One big battle on these tables how would be? A lane of tables one battle.
The table layouts look great. The little shelves under each table have worked out well. Keep up the good work
Agreed on the tabletop setups, it looks like your hard work paid off!
The tabletops looked amazing got some good hints and tips for making my own. One of the most effective affects was the static grass on the buildings and the game mats gives that effect of an abandoned city and is rather nice to run your hand over.
