Have ye been looking fer some rope t' decorate yer ship?
We'll shimmy on over to PK-Pro and caste yer eyes over their new line in twisted wire what looks like the ol' hemp.
Or prehaps yer a Tyranid player and ye need some icky lash whips on the cheap... then paint em pink and yer set to give those Space Marine a good lashin'

You could even use it to add more detail to a raider/ravager. Those pirate ships would look great with ig or sm hung from the railing.
So many potential uses.
Terrain with rope dangling from beams, Cutlass/Freebooters bits, or a gallows.
When I saw the link I thought that mirror wire would work just as well, but this is much more refined for the scale.
Its good for when you need a rigid line of it, say if you wanted someone swinging at a set angle, but for bases and actual rigging I’d suggest running PVA or thinned water based varnish down cotton twine, its cheaper and easier to shape properly since most of the time you just need to tie it and anything loose will hang properly once you wet it with the PVA, and what doesn’t hang right you can tease into shape.
What’s up with the bottom right corner of the picture? Are they suggesting that these should be used as tiny umbilical cords?
Model Wire! Great for wargames, or securing a baby at feeding time.
Nice product idea but.. can’t you get the same effect by just twisting two strands of wire together yourself.
Exactly
It’s harder than you think to arrive at an even result and not a jumble of wire, though. You have to practice to do it… As per many of those new modeling accessories, terrain, and such, you can potentially do it yourself at home for cheaper, but the point is to save you time and skill.
