Can’t believe DZC is so close! Really looking forward to the trip up and seeing all this stuff in real life! Surreal!
Hi,
Nice update. I was starting to wounder how that was always sitting working away so say Hi to tom for me and that will be a great game to get him to try some gaming.
The table by looks likes it will be very sturdy and practical did you get the digital file just in case anyone wants to make their own. Talking of tables i bought myself an extendable table from the local heart foundation shop for £35 including delivery.
The AT-ATs are looking rather nice good work John +1
P.s I’m going to be using the table as my hobby table.
When you said a heroic package had arrived I thought you had gone back to the no-table stool shooting style…
Those AT-ATs are looking awesome!
Sorry if I was the straw, but actually not sorry as that systme looks really cool!
Great looking AT-ATs John, they should have listened to you in the first place.
All looking good guys, clearly a lot of hard work went into the ATATs john. Are you setting up a gamers anonymous group warzan? What with the circle of chairs, privacy screens and did I detect a fake potted plant, or two? Looks like you’re all ready for a group hug when Lloyd gets back, do you think he’ll need it when he sees what you’ve all done to his back end!! (sorry I really tried hard not to be crass!)
But you started it!
the AT-ATs look brilliant guys/john.
Those AT ATs are looking very nice. 🙂
The tables are looking good. It’s a bit crap about the dirty wood though. 🙁
As an aside, although it’s a bit to late now. Rounding off the outer corners of the slots might have made it easier to put them together. But then, once they’re up, they’re up, so why should it matter. Balls. Just ignore me, I’m talking crap again. Lol
And I’m still lamenting not being able to go to the Boot Camps. 🙁
John is a super trooper! Those ATATs are excellent.
Alright, alright, no need to wave your fancy book in our faces. Some of us are still waiting on ours 🙁
So jealous they have there rule book already.. Hopefully here by the weekend
great update guys love the sight improvements as an old fart i like and enjoy “SIMPLE”. would love to get my hands on the table design, because i think a slightly shorter version could and would be much better than my ikea coffee table. it will certainly have more use than just holding a bowl with bananas in. i recently attended the Hull comic con and got a cool idea for pimping out old furniture and gaming room stuff which i would like to share. It is so simple even a muppet like me could give it a go, (Apologies… Read more »
The decoupage is a great idea with comics……..I’m off to do my gaming table, thanks for the inspiration I was looking for!
Quite fitting that the Pointer Sisters were playing in the background as Warren is “So excited and he just can’t hide it”. Great vlog once again, I am really enjoying these. The give me my fix before the weekender!
Idle hands and all that…D,x
Glad you guys like the AT-AT’s so far! Still a fair bit to go yet, and still the BIGGER one to paint. But I’ve got the method down now, I know what I’m doing (kinda!)
Saw a little bit of Wrath of Kings awaiting Justin’s attention!
If anyone is familiar with the show, Home Improvement, I’m thinking we have ourselves a “Wilson” in Tom. 🙂 We rarely see his face!
Great update vid folks. I’m super envious that you have your Batman rule book already!
Really enjoying all the backstage content and it is nice to see beasts of war growing.
Thanks for this update.
John The ATAT are great.
I can not wait to see the full table of Hoth.
I’m enjoying the vlogs as well. Great work on the tagging system! It’s opened up a whole new side of the site for me.
Tables look good. Nice system. So do the ATATs, nice work.
You need to get a nice receptionist for that lobby. I already can see the job ad:
Requirements:
1. You like nerds and wargaming
2. Your name is Janine
3…
The “Protein” regiment… and their seamen yeah?!!!
Cracking update gents, sounds like the mammoth tagging mission will well worth it. AT-At’s looking good, nice tables!
Know what you mean about times ticking lol
Good looking AT-AT!
