One thing I do to keep my motivation up is quick pieces, like street lights and hydrants, what I call street furniture.  The pieces are generally less detailed and paint quickly.  They look good with basic paint jobs and rarely have the fine detail of character models.  Of course I like to add tags and sticker details but that is my own short coming.  None of them need to be perfectly painted as they really only exist for folks like the Hulk to throw at other characters.

I’ve mentioned that I am a public school Art teacher.  The new semester just started giving me three new classes to prep for which cuts into my own time. There really is no rest for teachers.  lol  I’ve still kept my goal of at least 30 minutes at the work table every day.

One more session and the street furniture is finished. I still want to add some details like tags but that can wait. One more session and the street furniture is finished. I still want to add some details like tags but that can wait.

Worked on yellow for a while. Also built up some of the greens. Both of which helped finish off the Loki figure. So I added a little color to Thor, Prince of Asgard.Worked on yellow for a while.
