This set comes with some quirky new miniatures for this excellent Fantasy wargame. You get miniatures and cards for Seasick Stu, Shabbaroon and Boom Boom Mc Boom. Mischief, jokes and piratical cunning are included as part of this set.

Judging by the amount of foam the box *could* have been a wee bit smaller 😉
why? why push up production costs by making odd sized boxes for different things instead of a single pos size?
Because:
* the foam ain’t free (adds costs too)
* smaller single box makes more units per large retail box thus reducing shipping costs to distributors
* no foam and more small boxes in one big box is more better for the environment
But I hope Goblin King Games did do the maths and came to a decisive conclusion which box size is more cost efficient to them currently. And I’m not saying they need a dedicated box for everything but something more fitting to the actual product size.
they’re resin minis I’d much rather they are packed in foam to save me having to replace broken parts
valid point.
I picked this up to complete my pirates set, I might even open it at some point
And build and paint and then a battle report?
I fear models like these are luring me in to Moonstone. My son has already suggested that we pick some models up and give it a try.
