Artizan Designs’ US Pathfinders Coming In January 2025

North Star Military Figures showed off a few of the new World War II miniatures on the way from the folks at Artizan Designs in January 2025. The 28mm US Paratrooper Pathfinders will be dropping behind enemy lines.

This set will be joining the rest of the World War II American range from Artizan Designs and give you a great set of scouts to send out to plot the route for your other paratroopers. The miniatures that you see here are just some of the figures that will be popping up next month, painted by Kev Dallimore.

They look great and might be just what you need for bulking out a themed force in games like Bolt Action or the new-for-2025, V For Victory. I like that Dallimore worked in their "warpaint", one of the rather key identifiers of the Pathfinders.
Keep an eye out for the release of the Pathfinders for your Paratroopers in the new year and consider starting 2025 with a new World War II project.
Are you going to be scooping up these miniatures?

There’s a level of fidelity that hand sculpted metal casting can reach, that multipart plastics come in far short. At first the multi part plastics sounds ideal “build them up in one of a thousand combinations”, BUT when you come to actually build them there’s only one or two sets of arms that look “right” per torso (so you end up with minis looking similar anyway).
Artizan always makes great minis. Love their sculpting style.
