I've been waiting on this release for a while. The storybook range from Mannikin Miniatures looks fantastic... a truely fine cast!
First is their (somewhat) sinister Santa...
Followed by the Grimm's Cat... an evil looking kitty if ever there was one...
These are great looking miniatures with a fantastic macabre fairytale feel. Just the sort of thing collectors like me are looking for!

Absolutely adore them. Can’t wait to see the promised Fae trees.
Arthur Rackham minis is inspired. Terrain in that style to match would be so atmospheric on the table.
The robes on the the first remind me of the high quality Confrontation minis. And thats a compliment trust me. Very good cloth folds, top of the line, great find.
These would be absolutely perfect for the rpg Grimm by Fantasy Flight.

I also see they’ve been based on the artwork of Arthur Rakcham, really good place to get ideas from, should strike a cord with any fan of folklore etc.
Going to have to get some at some point
The postage is not too bad (guess about £3 from the states at current exchange rates)
I just wish the Santa had the cute little elves as per the Rackham too! lol
on the site they say he comes with options for elves or presents.
That cat looks pissed!..Though its cat litter box does look like it hasn’t been emptied in a while so..

I may have to start saving up and put a multiple order in to make the postage even more economical. At least one Santa as my sister loves Rackham’s illustrations. Be a nice chrimbo gift (It’ll soon be here folks! lol) But my daughter will love him too and a special chrimbo game of getting pressies delivered despite the evil dwarves and gobbos would be fun No idea what the cat would be used for but who cares lol I love the little door in the tree. I’m going to use the cat as an alternative mini for an NPC that can turn into a cat in one of my RPG scenarios… You could also use it as a wizard’s familiar, or just put it on your shelf !
