Warcrow Reinforcements Land From Corvus Belli In 2025

Corvus Belli will be adding some reinforcements to the Warcrow line-up for the beginning of 2025. The new Fantasy miniatures for the Hegemony Of Embersig and Northern Tribes are here to bulk out your forces with more standard troops.

Black Legion Bucklermen // Warcrow

The first of the releases are the Black Legion Bucklermen who form the backbone of your Hegemony Of Embersig force and could be useful for keeping the line steady. This is a capable, basic, defensive unit.

They are also the miniatures that you would have picked up if you went for the Winds From The North boxed set when Warcrow was first released. So, if you liked the way that the Bucklermen worked and you wanted more of them, this set will be a handy bonus.

Sticking with the idea of basic units getting reinforced, the Northern Tribes can also pick up some extra bodies in the form of the Orc Hunters.

Orc Hunters // Warcrow

These Orc Hunters switch things up and act as a solid, offensive unit rather than a defensive one. When used alongside the powerful Orc characters of the Northern Tribes, they can be a heavy hitter despite being just "basic" troops.

The Orcs and the Northern Tribes in general continue to be my faction of choice, for now, within the world of Warcrow. I really like the design of the miniatures as a whole and I think they've taken a classic Orc aesthetic and theme and built on it in interesting ways. There's also something cool about big burly Orcs kicking ass and taking names.
