Knightmare Miniatures' latest Kickstarter introduces a new wave of 28mm metal Fantasy figures for those seeking to build armies of Evil Dwarfs as part of their Oldhammer projects.

This range of miniatures comes from the sculptor, Mikko Luoma, and covers the fearsome figure of Lothar Blackhorn who leads his Hounds to despoil the lands of his enemies. The miniatures that you see here have been painted by Kari Hernesniemi and they certainly show off these Evil Dwarfs in a great light.

The set comes with different Hounds, all armed with fearsome weapons that could cause some serious damage. The set comes with Lothar himself as well as a Standard Bearer and Musician to lead the unit on the battlefield.

As well as being able to pick up the full regiment, you can also choose a pledge which gives you options for buying individual Dwarfs if you prefer. This might be the way you want to go if you just want one or two miniatures for a roleplaying game or skirmish game.
Bonus miniatures are also available as part of the campaign including this Evil Dwarf Priest, Zorak Skulltaker. He is using the skull of some dead foe to summon terrible power from the beyond.

This wouldn't be an Evil Dwarfs campaign without the addition of a centaur-like figure. Thankfully, Knightmare has provided with Thark Gorehoff being added into the mix as a bonus option.

All of these miniatures are available to snap up as part of the Kickstarter right now and then will likely be available on the Knightmare Miniatures webstore in the future. It is worth diving into their collection as they have a great selection of Oldhammer miniatures for Chaos and Orc armies.
What do you make of these fearsome Evil Dwarfs?

I have some grota and space orks from Knightmare and gosh darn they’re nice.
They have a nice Oldhammer-y look to them.
