EightLegs Miniatures are a team of sculptors who are now on MyMiniFactory with their brand new campaign to fund a range of 3D printable miniatures for your 28mm and 32mm Sci-Fi wargames! The Inperatorius Vindex project features over 200 components that can be used to make your armies of elite warriors of the (grim)dark future.
Inperatorius Vindex // EightLegs Miniatures
This Frontier campaign features these heavily armoured and armed palace defenders. You'll get the aforementioned 200+ bits to choose from, all provided as STL Files, pre-supported so you can get stuck into them right away. There is also a Merchant Licence available for those who want to get these out into the world by printing them for others.
Eternal Shields // EightLegs Miniatures
There are a couple of sets for you to choose from which come with heads, bodies, arms, legs, weapons and accessories which you can build in a variety of combinations. They are broken down into themed units but there's no reason why you can't mix and match to get the miniatures you like.
Eternal Vigilancers // EightLegs Miniatures
Fans of the Adeptus Custodes might want to consider taking a peek at this project as these miniatures would be great options for you to make use of when customising the existing plastics or replacing them if you'd prefer. Importantly, the miniatures are big, chunky, packed with detail and definitely give the vibe of elite warriors.
Sentinels Of Eternity // EightLegs Miniatures
You have what equates to your "standard" troops but also your even heavier armoured warriors who would make up the elite portion of your army. Again, they all come with different components which can be kitbashed together in different ways. You'll also note that as well as sculpted bases, you can also get some great base toppers which really show off the miniatures.
Last but not least, you need a hero to lead these heroes. That's where Cavillian The Defender comes in. You could use him as the commander of your army or as a part of larger unit as a champion. Either way, it's a neat nod to the mighty Cavillian!

Something is off with these. They are modular by the looks but still the assembled minis look like, I don’t know, He-Man toys. Somehow weird and odd.
The scaling looks off. The top half with the shoulders are as wide as the models are tall giving them an unnatural squat look. Some look okay but most the legs just look too short compared to the body. Even in video they dont look right in terms of the scale.
Those are very nice…erm….Vindexes. I think its important to point out that they are NOT Adeptus Custodes. No Sir. Not even a little bit. They are nothing like Adeptus Custodes. Any similarity with Adeptus Custodes is purely coincidental and if you think they look like Adeptus Custodes its purely a figment of your imagination. So yes, they are very nice looking Adeptus Custo…erm…I mean Vindexes.
