Moonstone Christmas Surprise
What’s next?
While I had the board laid out I had a think about what I wanted to do now. I place several pieces of card that I’d cut out, roughly 4 inches by 5 inches. These represent the footprint of the buildings whether ruined and accessible or complete sturdy and line of sight blocking. 
Nabbed this picture from the Crooked Moon promo I keep getting sent to my instagram and facebook reels. I love this style the crooked twisted form of the building appeals to me. I want try and lean into this style and design for the buildings. 
Looks great. Is the plan to ‘drop’ the moonstones and then place the scenery underneath them if necessary.
Probably end up with some kind of house rule for dropping the stones as I can see the more dense terrain will effect the way the stones will fall. Maybe each player gets to pick one stone to scatter after the original drop. So any that are too closely bunched can be separated a little bit. But only really going to know when the board is done and games are played on it.
