I had cut up the clear plastic of a diabetic needle cover to make a magical brazier for another project. But the left overs looked like they could be cut up into slivers to look like ice.
I did have them dotted at intervals between the dots of snow, but once dry they looked a bit unnatural. So I added more snowflock amongst the icicles and I am happy with the final result.Supported by (Turn Off)
