Wargames Atlantic and Green Ronin have partnered up to bring two sets of plastic miniatures to The Expanse Roleplaying Game and the new BackerKit campaign which is running right now.

There are two sets that you'll be able to pick up as part of the BackerKit campaign and then beyond if the partnership goes well. The first of the sets features your Starship Crew so you can make your representation of characters from the books/show or an entirely new crew of your own design.

The set comes with enough bits and pieces for you to build a variety of crew members, eighteen in fact, that you could use as your player characters and the foes that you come up against during your adventures. They are all hard plastic and you can play around with all sorts of options as you'd expect from Wargames Atlantic.

The Expanse wouldn't be the roleplaying game it is without the addition of a bit of space travel and combat. So, you will also be able to build a set of 1/1000 scale Expanse spaceships!

This set will allow you to make iconic ships like the Rocinante and you could use the other bits and pieces in the kit to make your enemies and allies. There are thirty multi-part plastic miniatures in the kit that you can tinker with. I can see a lot of folks picking this up to use beyond The Expanse as well as with the roleplaying game.

Make sure to check out The Expanse BackerKit Campaign and then dive deeper into the Wargames Atlantic range HERE.

What do you make of these new plastic kits?
