Fight Back Against The Soviets With The Scarlet Daybreak Range
September 18, 2024 by brennon
If you're up for a bit of Cold War Gone Hot action on the tabletop within the realm of 28mm skirmish wargames, check out the Scarlet Daybreak range by Mongrel Miniatures that you can now get from the folks at Badger Games.
Heroes I // Mongrel Miniatures
There are two sets of "wolverines" for you to choose from in Heroes I and Heroes II. All of the miniatures are 28mm scale as mentioned above and come in metal. I'm sure some folks are already breaking out the quotes and references.
Heroes II // Mongrel Miniatures
These might be great miniatures for a bit of Cold War resistance, armed as they are with rifles, RPGs, bows and arrows and more. They could also hold their own in a zombie apocalypse I reckon; using that set of rules we looked at last week during The Weekender, Skirmish Ragers.
The last of the three sets cover the Villains of the piece. Once again, whilst they are going to be good for some "Scarlet Daybreak" skirmishes, I could also see these fellows being at the head of some zombie research program.
Villains // Mongrel Miniatures
The miniatures are all available from Badger Games right now so if you're in the mood for a bit of Pulpy action on the tabletop, perhaps go and scoop these up!
Scarlet Daybreak Range // Mongrel Miniatures
There are plenty of games that these miniatures would fit into and equally, there are loads of miniatures ranges that would suit when it comes to expanding your collection.
Are you going to be diving in?
