The two armies and the board/terrain look wonderful! I appreciate the long form Battle Report, it’s great for people to watch while they hobby.
I do love the look of massed units in a table
Comment to win.
Yet another comment! XD
Really good looking armies, I like the minotuars and both the Rakshasa abd the Tiatn look really good. Haven’t played and I’m wondering if bringing a giant figure when your opponent doesn’t is a almost guaranteed win.
nah they’re a big points sink but if you look at the damage my efreets can chuck out couple that with magic there are ways of dealing with them. You just have to make sure you have them in your army. I didn’t bring a lot of cleave, really on some long range and the rakshasa so you just need to make sure you have a tool in your box to slap them down.
I think I need to forgo my all painted rule and finally get a game of this in..
I really enjoyed seeing the two armies in action at the 1500 point level, a very fun match to watch!
After this week I feel like I don’t have much of a choice but to jump in. Game just looks like a blast.
Big game, big clash of armies!
I love the look of the City State minotaurs!
Love the Sorcerer Kings, but those City States cavalry are amazing
Well this looks stunning 🙂
[oops, duplicate]
Great game. I love the look of the sorcerer kings, but I already have three other factions to finish up. It’s getting harder to resist such awesome models.
I like the card mechanisms something different
It feels like this really begins to shine once you have the larger armies vs First Blood, and the Sorcerer Kings have a lovely aesthetic you don’t see too often.
Need to do some hobby so I can watch this battlereport xD
Enjoyed that, they need to face off against the Mighty Kingdoms!!
doh1 im getting sucked in the more i watch on this
About half way through watching this, do like the paint job on the Sword Dancers very Khali from Voyages of Sinbad.
good game, very cool
very nice gameplay video
next time: please elephants
Blimey talk about taking it to the wire, mutually assured destruction . Yup very nicely painted minis all round and as usual Gerry’s excellent table layout , the game matt a very different look to game.
Just finished watching this. What a brutal, BRUTAL battle. It seemed that after a few turns @avernos ‘s luck found out it was being cheated by inverse rolling mechanics and decided to catch up, but only barely so!
