The Laundry Roleplaying Game is going to be returning to Kickstarter soon with a new project by Cubicle 7! Prepare for a roleplaying game of cosmic horror, computers and covert action based on The Laundry Files by Charles Stross.
The Laundry Roleplaying Game // Cubicle 7
Dive in and become part of the government's secret occult service that is defending the world against supernatural terrors. The novels by Charles Stross cover thirteen stories as well as a series of novellas. Whilst the world of The Laundry features elements of cosmic horror, it is not Lovecraftian and instead follows another set of equally weird and wonderful characters tapping int the occult.
A breakdown of the different stories can be found HERE which should give you a good idea as to the weirdness that awaits you. All of this comes with a dose of British humour which should be great for those who looking at the way bureaucratic nonsense and our own brand of comedy meshes with the darkness hiding in the shadows.
