Greek Hoplites - Victrix Miniatures

Greek Hoplites // Victrix Miniatures

The set comes with forty-eight miniatures that can be posed in a variety of different ways, You can have them advancing or charging with swords and spears. Those with spears can be positioned to have their spears upright too so that you can rank them up more easily.

Victrix has also mentioned that this set works well with the existing ones in their collection meaning that you can mix and match to create unique armies. This set also contains the Linothorax armour with scales and Corinthian-style helmets alongside Illyrian, Chalcidian and Phrygian variants.

You can use these to represent Greeks fighting the Early Achaemenid Persian Empire or those taking part in the Greek-On-Greek action of the Peloponnesian War. Victrix also mentioned that you could use Carthaginian heads to turn them into Libyan and Carthaginian spearmen if you prefer.

So, forty-eight Hoplite miniatures alongside an equal amount of shields (perfectly set up for transfers!). You also get 112 Hoplite heads in various styles and then Xyphos and Kopis swords. The spears give you another weapon option and finally, there are also some severed heads which you can use to make bloodthirsty warriors.

Whilst these would be great to use in your Historical wargames, you could easily drop these into something Fantasy-based as well. These would be great warriors to have by your side when facing down minotaurs, skeletons, harpies and more.

Will you be scooping up some of these new plastic Greek Hoplites?
