Most WFB armies have been fully superseded by a new, AoS specific equivalent with completely new model ranges, in the new scale and with new copyright-able names. That’s not true of the Lizardmen and Skaven whose existing AoS ranges retain models from the WFB range.
The first wave of models are NOT all old models. The Bretonnians are getting an entirely new kit of dismounted knights. They’re also getting a selection of new characters. We are ALREADY SEEING NEW MODELS IN THE OLD SCALE. You have even been show pictures from Warhammer’s own website showing those new models. But that doesn’t seem to be good enough to convince you that new models are being released and they are not subject to scale creep.
Given the lead times for the design and development of new sets, new models for any other factions are already in production now regardless of whether it is a success or not.
@elessar2590 the old knights were always slightly larger than the peasants, even discounting that they were on horses. I don’t they look subject to scale creep as such, I do think that they have changed the armour to full plate, which makes them look chunky, the old mounted knights lean towards a mixture of plates and chain. The head dresses are also making them look much taller. However they look about the height I would expect them to look, but a bit chunkier. The peasants on the new Trebuchet look absolutely perfectly scaled
