V&V Miniatures Unleash Their Metal Viking Berserkers

V&V Miniatures are continuing their voyage into the world of metal miniatures with a new set of 28mm figures. You can now get their Viking Berserkers in metal for use in your Dark Age wargames like SAGA.

This is the same set of designs as their resin miniatures but instead in the metal material that they have been playing around with. The details are still all there as you can see and they feel like they'd have a significant bit of heft to them!

The set features four Viking Berserkers which is the perfect number for the likes of SAGA. You get two armed with swords and shields, one armed with a Dane Axe and the last miniature is armed with a twin pair of axes for when you want to go really berserk.

If you're playing an even smaller unit count game then you could have some fun naming these fellows and charting their journeys. I also really like the battle damage on the shields which helps to sell the idea of them being battle-hardened killers.
