Defend Empires At War’s 28mm Spanish Monastery

If you're looking to get into a bit of a scrap down in Italy or Spain then you might fancy your chances more when defending a nice 28mm Monastery from the folks at Empires At War. See what you make of this set which can come unpainted or painted depending on what you prefer!
28mm Spanish/Italian Monastery // Empires At War
This set comes with a Church, Library, Gatehouse, Accommodation section, Tower and Walls that you can use as a stronghold when trying to take on your foes. As someone who is particularly into Sharpe at the moment, this seems like as good a place as any to stage a scrap against the French during the Peninsular War.
Because the terrain didn't change all that often over the few hundred years, this could also be good for World War II clashes as well as something more Modern. You could even go a bit further back in time as well towards the Medieval should you wish.

As mentioned, the set can come pre-painted or unpainted and has removable roofs so you can play inside alongside easy-lift internal floors too. All of the internal floors have engraved details and you'll see battle damage on the outside too.
Made from MDF, you'll have to get it assembled but I do like the idea of scooping this up and using it as the centrepiece of a couple of new scenarios in a campaign. Alongside the rest of the terrain that suits this location, you'd have the makings of some superb tabletops.
Could you be tempted by this set? All of the individual buildings should be coming separately later on down the line as well so that's a plus!
What do you think?

Those are sweet. More Peninsular goodness to tempt the wallet – not least it would make a nice setting for my Spanish Silver Bayonet.
