The Lazy Forger has been dropping some previews of some amazing 6mm Sci-Fi miniatures for their wargame, Full Spectrum Dominance. Draconian Minipainting over on Instagram has been sharing some of the early work on the miniatures for the third faction for the game, The Union.

For those wanting to know more about The Union...

"The Wastelander’s Union is a coalition of the local inhabitants of the factory-cities situated on the outermost planets. These factory-cities, once under the dominion of mega corporations, were either abandoned by their corporate overlords or seized by the inhabitants in a bid to reclaim their lives and livelihoods.

The Union’s gameplay style is marked by its emphasis on speed and manoeuvrability, with a diverse array of light vehicles at their disposal combined with slow but massive Mobile Fortresses that offers substantial support on the battlefield.

The once-construction-vehicles turned war machines will have an industrial look, and above all their Behemoth, a mobile refinery, will tower over anything else on the table with its chimneys and enormous mechanical arms."

I love that we're getting such a different and unique faction dropping into the midst of Full Spectrum Dominance, very apart from what we've seen for The Enlisted and The Tech. They feel like a scrappy faction, quite literally, and one that should end up featuring a wide range of interesting miniatures.

Gunwagon (Painted) // Full Spectrum Dominance

This first miniature we're seeing here is a testament to that plucky attitude. The Gunwagon is a great fusion of industrial technology and heavy firepower. As always with the miniatures from The Lazy Forger, the details here are immense and really show off their talent. Remember, these miniatures are 6mm!

The Union are going to be landing later this year in November and will be a fully fledged faction that you can use in your games of Full Spectrum Dominance and beyond. Another faction is also on the way turning the original two from the game into four!
