Catch The Snitch! Pre-Order New Board Game From Knight Games
June 13, 2023 by brennon
Knight Games are now taking pre-orders for their Harry Potter universe board game, Catch The Snitch! You are going to be able to dive into a game of Quidditch on the tabletop later this year with your favourite Hogwarts House.
Harry Potter: Catch The Snitch // Knight Games
The core game for Catch The Snitch comes with all of the components you need to dive into your games of Quidditch. You'll get four teams covering Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw. Each team gets awesome miniatures to represent Beaters, Seekers and more plus you'll have all of the cards, dice, components and more to get started with your wizarding sports.
At the core of the Catch The Snitch experience is a two-player game where you'll be trying to boost your advantage over your opponent and make it easier to catch the snitch and therefore win the game. It should be noted that the core game also comes with a miniature for Harry Potter himself, zooming forth as the Gryffindor Seeker.
Catch The Snitch Expansions
If you want to expand your Catch The Snitch collection, you can also get your hands on the Star Players Expansion.
Star Players Expansion // Harry Potter: Catch The Snitch
This set comes with miniatures representing a variety of different characters from the books including Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Ginny Weasely, Draco Malfoy, Cho Chang and Cedric Diggory. This means that each of the houses gets access to some special players that could change up your game experience.
You can also get super professional and instead pick up the National Team set which comes with a band of veteran Quidditch players.

Keeping with the World Cup theme, there is also a set of cards that can be used to allow you to dive deeper into Catch The Snitch and play as various teams.

You get miniatures covering different nations. This is then built on with additional Event Cards, Tactical Cards, new Snitch Cards for each Nation and also bonus rules for setting up a League or Championship with your friends or perhaps your local club/store. This seems like it could be a good way to get more out of Catch The Snitch and make it a regular feature on the tabletop.
If you want all of this, there is also the full Launch Bundle that you can order from them right now. The perfect bundle for someone who wants to get their Quidditch on.
