About the Project
Each litter of wolf pups gets introduced to the pack, once they get a certain age. The meeting of the pack is not always the easiest thing as the pups have priority in the eating chain over even the pack leader. This diorama is depicting the introduction of a single wolf pup to the pack and the pack not being happy about it.

The Beginning
Thoughts are to have the pack leader calling the pack together and the pack running in. The wolf pup would be in the den which is just visible at the back of the rock the wolf leader is calling from.
For creation of the rock, suggestion from local painters was to use natural material. I found lots of bark around and when stacked looked pretty natural looking rock.
