Snap Up A Sherman Easy Eight Platoon For Warlord’s Bolt Action

Warlord Games has bundled together a set of Sherman Tanks for you to use in their 28mm Historical wargame, Bolt Action. You can snag yourself the Easy Eight Platoon which comes with three tanks for use with your Allied push during World War II.

The Easy Eights, as they were nicknamed by the US soldiers of the time, were first introduced to the battlefield in December 1944. This means that they saw action during the Battle Of The Bulge. It had a mean gun on it for threatening Axis tanks but they would more often than not have to focus on the rear armour of the heavier German tanks.

This set comes with three plastic Sherman M4A3E8 Medium Tanks that you can use to represent these US and Canadian vehicles on the tabletop. You can also take these beyond World War II and use them for the Korean War as you can see!

Ooh they look great for gaming.
Bundling up a new kit in a large box set before releasing them individually …. the influence from the neighbour down the road is rubbing off on Warlord. An Easy Eight kit has been out from Rubicon for some years now too.
Not sure I get the inclusion of the Order Dice in recent releases too. On the surface its a nice gesture, but on the other hand you only need so many and most people will either buy the packs first or have them from starters. Adding them to new and re-releases only drives up costs for little return.
