I was given a tyranid army to paint for a gaming club, it was suggested red and blue. They looked bad
I informed the person i was doing the work for and was told to paint them how i wishI undercoated with wrath bone base, used a reikland flesh shade. And painted the carapace black. I think they are a tonne better. Im toying with doing the carapace in greenstuff worlds colour shift paint.
