The Terminator Genisys miniatures game box comes with 4 resistance fighters sprues and 5 terminator sprue.

Each resistance sprue gives you 4 “monopose” bodies and different equipment options.

Just by swapping the weapons around you should be able to obtain 16 different composition.

The first easy conversion you can do is just removing the small tabs at the sides of each torsos:

These are intended for an out of the box use of the models without using any glue but they limit the variety of arms position.

You can see from the pictures that without this two tabs you can obtain much more variety from the same plasma rifle.

The next step is some simple headswap.

Just by cutting and swapping the heads around will produce even more different models.

Another cut can be made to the waist, just under the armour: you can then swap the torsos or simply glue them back slightly tilted to one side to reach again different positions.

If you feel confident, you can also cut and swap the legs from the two standing male bodies like shown in the pictures.

At this point, between arms repositioning and head and torso swapping you should have a good selection of different fighters to wich by using heads and bits from other kits (Project-z models are a perfect match for this) you wil be able to have 16 unique character.

Let me show you some examples of standard assembly (left) and conversion assembly (right)

And some group pictures to show the variety achieved for this small force.
