Ashwood Stranger Claims Bounties In Necromunda Soon
March 9, 2023 by brennon
Games Workshop has added a new character into the mix for those looking to deliver justice in the Underhive and across the Ash Wastes of Necromunda. Ashwood Stranger is preparing to hunt down no-good criminals and serve up vengeance in his own way.

Nobody knows where Stranger came from but there are hints of his past as a Palanite Enforcer in his arms and armour. Whilst he might owe his beginnings to this element of enforcement in the Underhive, that hasn't stopped him from putting down a corrupt Enforcer or two. He does a lot of business between the hives as well and at one point seems to have claimed a Nomad blade for his troubles.

This miniature will be available as a resin figure from the folks at Forge World and can be used to lead a band of vigilantes or perhaps as a bounty hunter, hired by one gang or another to settle a score. He is an insurmountable gunslinger who can use his two custom pistols to deadly effect.

Rules for using Ashwood Stranger on the tabletop can be found in the Book Of The Outcast. So, if you're seeking a bit of justice-based firepower, you might want to snap up Stranger when he becomes available in the near future.
Once again, I think that the sculptors working on Necromunda have knocked it out of the park. I think the game probably has the best range of miniatures in the Games Workshop/Forge World collection as a whole now!
Are you going to be snapping up Ashwood?

Perhaps this was a judge who was given his own Long Walk option
I understand someone has worked hard on this miniature but, and I doubt I’d come anywhere close to achieving its quality, yet, I’m not a fan of this. Feels somehow cobbled together from leftover parts and given a backstory. That would usually appeal to me, kitbashing and imagination, maybe I got up on the wrong side of bed this morning but yeah not a fan.
That looks really nice.
