My pledge:

varnish the finished Bot War deceivers and close the project on that
tidy the hobby space (again)
build a new Star Wars: Legion list so that I may have a flocking chance next time of winning XD

Answers to my own questions:

Never tried them, been tempted at times but mostly never pulled the trigger because a) I never could make the mini look as good as I wanted or b) mini just way to expensive.
no but yes. It’s an odd one.
Maybe. I reserve judgement on that project until we get to see more. More of what’s in the box, how the rules are and what the price will be.
