Kromlech Preview The Return Of Their Cyber Samurai Sci-Fi Range

Kromlech has been showing off some of the updated bitz that are going to be coming to their webstore soon to support their Cyber Samurai! You'll be able to craft a legion of augmented futuristic Samurai for use in your Sci-Fi wargames very soon.

There are a lot of new bitz for you to choose from as part of this range that run from heads through to bodies, arms, weapons and more. All of them have been designed to work with their Prime Legionaries but you could of course mix and match these with other plastic, resin and metal ranges as you see fit to make bespoke armies.

Cyber Samurai Bodies // Kromlech

I like that the collection has essentially taken the aesthetic of the Samurai and their armour and tried to graft that over the top of futuristic armour. There are quite a few edges for you to be tinkering with here but thankfully not quite as many as if you were going down the Chaos route! I imagine these would look absolutely brilliant if painted up using the Slapchop method or something similar using vibrant speedy paints over a white undercoat.

I love the idea of seeing a Samurai Space Marine army on the tabletop and running with that vibe of honour and duty to their Daimyo. I think the additional iconography of the Oni on their shields and such would also be great to see replicated on bigger miniatures. Imagine the new Brutalis Dreadnought for the Space Marines with a big Oni design on the front!

All of the bitz and pieces are here for you to turn your warriors of the far future into Cyber Samurai and hopefully, it won't be long until they become available. With March quite literally just around the corner, I would imagine we'll see these hitting their webstore very soon.
