Spring Cleaning - with an AT-AT!
AT-AT-build not yet finished, but already a great success!
After obsessively tinkering over the holidays – occasionally for more than 12 hours a day – I have now made so much progress with the model that I can call the build a success and end the hobby year with a bang. There are still some surface details missing and a few smaller structures like the four ‘toes’ on the feet… Otherwise it went fantastically, everything fits and above all: works! I am very satisfied and would already call the AT-AT my most successful and at the same time most complex self-build.
At the end of the hobby year, a quick photo – I was so engrossed in building that I didn’t take any WIP pictures the last few days. But I will be happy to write and show more at the beginning of the new year, because the AT-AT can still be disassembled into many parts.
