Blacksmith Miniatures has another wonderful little trio of models for you to test your painting skills on. See what you make of the Peat Bog Trio which is such a charmingly amazing name that I couldn't pass up talking about these miniatures.

Peat Bog Trio #1 - Blacksmith Miniatures

Peat Bog Trio // Blacksmith Miniatures

The Peat Bog Trio comes care of concept art by Jean-Baptiste Monge which was then turned into the sculpts that you see here by Stéphane Camosseto. You've got a rather fun little set of miniatures to play with here including a fiddler and his erstwhile jug player (or deliverer of amber joy?). I love that the third individual is either just smashing flagons together or is searching for tips. Maybe both.

Peat Bog Trio #2 - Blacksmith Miniatures

The sculpting here is phenomenal and it's a wonderful little set of resin miniatures that would be perfect for use in a diorama or vignette. It would be fun to try and match the painting of these miniatures to the original artwork!

This is a wonderful little trio of miniatures for you to consider adding to your collection. It's nice to have a look at miniatures every so often that aren't for gaming but simply for the joy of painting. I reckon these would look lovely sat on the shelf next to some appropriate Fantasy fiction.

Do you like the look of the Peat Bog Trio?
