The Deadly IG 2000 For X-Wing Screams Into View

The IG-2000 is a new assault fighter for the Scum and Villainy faction that needs to be respected. This new ship for Fantasy Flight Games' X-Wing Miniatures Game brings into play the assassin robot IG-88.
This ship has plenty of maneuverability to get you in on your opponent's ship to deliver the kill shot. However, this ship is not all powerful, it only has a forward firing arc. If you miscalculate you might find that you have put your enemies ships on your flank or rear and that could be very costly. There are four different IG-88 model cards to choose from to pilot your ships, to which could lead to some very interesting combinations. It is amazing that Fantasy Flight Games keeps coming up with new ships.

Another new ship? That looks rather nice althought I am not so big fan of that design.
Yes, another one. I am not sure how anyone could keep up with all of these releases.
Release have really ramped up, Scum and Villany stuff really is drawing back in. Got a mate the starter for Christmas and spent some time playing with him and his two boys – really nice small fast and fun games.
New ships do look interesting really adding to the mix. Must play more…
A nice touch is that you can field all four IG-88’s in one force (points permitting). Admittedly it means buying four of this ship, but I’m sure some folks’ll try it….

I really like IG-88 but his/its ship looks too much like a bug for my liking
