Look To The Stars & Make Discoveries With Mindclash’s Astra

Mindclash Games has a neat game coming to retail soon called Astra. As an interesting abstract game, you’ll be taking on the role of curious astronomers who are studying the night sky.

You will be seeking to be the ones to claim the most discoveries as you gaze off into the depths of the cosmos and you can actually help each other during your endeavours. But, only one of you can be crowned the most famous.

During a player’s turn, they may Observe or Rest. When you Observe you will use a dry-erase marker to mark stars and turn these patterns into constellations. You will take that card from the night sky when it is completed and then gain access to a power until the end of the game.

If someone else also helped in finding the constellation, they will also gain an instant boon when the constellation has been completed. So, you can help out others but only if the findings there benefit you in the end.

A player can also Rest where they refill their Stardust and can reactivate their different abilities. You will need to time your rest so that you get the most advantage out of the action!
