    I’m pretty sure there had been a “Gerry Can” on that subject. You can print your own decals. You only need a colour printer and the decal printer paper (beware of choosing the right one. Laser or ink, depending on your printer)

    And to be fair, you’ve done a really nice job with the hand painted shield, and the whole figure. Looks really good.

    The self printed decals does work.

    I’ve used that method for aircraft, to spacecraft, to special designed shipping containers that need proper decals.

     

    BTW, your Aztec Jaguar warrior looks pretty darned good!  Naked me want to get mine out of the box and paint them up.  Along with the Conquistadors I bought at the same time.
