Explore The Lost Burg 28mm MDF Terrain From PWork Wargames

PWork Wargames has been showing off some brand new Fantasy terrain in 28mm for you to use across a variety of different wargames. The Lost Burg features ruined and tumbledown terrain for skirmish wargames or as a backdrop for something bigger.

There are six different kits for you to choose from when it comes to the Lost Burg range. The sets range from large, towering buildings which look like they are about to fall into ruin to smaller ruins which have been turned into encampments for your warbands.

As someone who really likes the classic skirmish wargame, Mordheim, I think this terrain hits the nail on the head. I love how detailed the buildings are and all the nooks and crannies that you can explore when delving into these ingame.

What's also nice about the sets is that they have been designed to be very modular and you can use all of the various bits and pieces to create some interesting set-ups. You also have plenty of height thanks to the addition of the walkways and ladders.

You also have some interesting focal points like the well that is shown in the image above. I also like this impressive circular structure that was no doubt the epicentre of whatever magical catastrophe brought this city down.

As you can see from the first image in this piece, the terrain should paint up quite nicely if you go down the grimdark route. I also think that this terrain would work really well when diving into games like Frostgrave, Kings Of War, Age Of Sigmar and plenty of other games to boot.

As well as these kits being available separately, they have also been added to the PWork Wargames webstore in the bundles you see above. These could be used as objective-style bundles that focus you on the next kind of scenario you might want to make!
