New A Song Of Ice & Fire Releases // CMON
Starting out, we have the Casterley Rock Honor Guards at the top of the image. These incredibly heavily armoured Lannister soldiers are going to be a pretty tough rock to shift in the midst of the battlefield. These warriors can draw the enemy out of position with their Taunt ability and then grind them down under heavy shod boots and murderous sword strikes.
The Golden Company then get three whole new releases starting with the rank and file Crossbowmen. They hit very accurately and even get to use rerolls when up close and personal with the enemy. Additionally, they can even join in with combats thanks to their Sentinel rule.
The Golden Company Swordsmen are an equally interesting proposition. Good in a scrap, they can also heal wounds as they pass Morale tests. So, if you want to get rid of them you will have to do so fair and square. No tricks here.
Finally, you have the Golden Company War Elephants. Why would you not want to include these in your army? With a mass of wounds apiece and bonuses when striking mass ranks of infantry, they are going to be a perfect battering ram. You will need to control them though and keep units nearby to make sure they do what you want. Make sure to get them in place and crush your foes with their stomp attack!
Are you going to be snapping these up?

I’ll be glad to pick these up but my wallet will hate me for it.
Wow that’s some stunningly beautiful detailed figures to game with.
Normally I’m not a fan of 32mm figures but with those elephants the upscaling might be a plus.
