Roleplaying Fans Get Ready For Free RPG Day This Saturday, July 23rd 2022

This year a whole day of Free RPG gaming is coming to our OnTableTop gaming centre in Coleraine Northern Ireland from 10am. Come and join us for this awesome worldwide gaming event!

Free RPG Day works with top RPG publishers to create the can’t miss RPG event of the year at hobby game stores around the world. This year the OnTableTop Store will be participating and whether you are a veteran gamer or a beginner we'll have piles of exclusive new RPG adventures and other exciting new RPG-related items!

What Loot Can You Expect To Pick Up?

As always, RPG day has a ton of exclusives from companies across the industry, with mini-scenarios, quick start rules, and even paint sets and terrain from some of the most recognisable names in gaming. These are available on the day for the players and those interested in giving them a try. Some items will be available to browse when you come in and others will be free with a purchase from our store, but you can only get them on the day if you come down and join in at the Visitor's Centre.

We'll also be running games throughout the day and SPACES ARE LIMITED to four players per game so if you fancy trying one in particular please message the store. Otherwise, if you turn up on the day we'll do our best to fit you into a game where space permits. Gerry will be lurking with Vaesen under his arm so if the slots are full and people show up looking for a game you may find yourself draughted into Nordic Horror!

Everyone has heard of Black Leg Pete. Dehydrated, starved and washed up on the very shore of Luiston, with withered black legs below the knee all the way to the tips of his toes. No one knows where he came from, and no one knows any of the Captains or crew he apparently sailed with, but whatever trials he faced, they all weigh heavy on his mind. When Pete gets so drunk he loses control of himself, he falls into a trance-like state alternating between mumbling and shouting “...my legs...” “...the pain...” “...you frozen witch...” “...I'll get that diamond, mark my words...”. Tonight seems to be Pete's lucky night, he won a bet down at the docks this afternoon, and has bet his entire fortune this evening in a game of Dead Man's Hand managing to win the pot! Drinks are raised, cheers are called, and Pete is looking to spend his newfound fortune to hire a crew and recover the Snow Diamond…

The Gnome requests the party's aid as he failed in stopping his old friend and fears what could happen if the assistant were to succeed in his plans.
