June 23, 2022 by brennon
Perry Miniatures is focusing in on delivering a whole host of new miniatures for those diving into the Franco-Prussian War. Recent previews have been showing off the 28mm plastic French kit that is going to be released in the near future.
Franco-Prussian War - French // Perry Miniatures
These recent previews show off the 3-Ups that are going off for tooling with Renedra. There are marching and advancing armies in the set with frames packed full of bodies and arms allowing you to make troops on the move and those lining up to fire in skirmish formation. There is also going to be a command frame that will be shown off in the future.

There will be two boxes of releases to go alongside the Prussians allowing you to create a fair amount of miniatures for your armies. Each of those sets comes with thirty-nine soldiers so I would assume we'll get exactly the same numbers when it comes to the French release.

The kit is looking fantastic, as are all of the plastic sets from the folks at Perry Miniatures. You have a whole bunch of detail when it comes to the faces and the personalities here alongside all of their historically accurate kit.
If you're interested in exploring more from the Franco-Prussian period then you can get your hands on the plastic sets HERE and the metal miniatures HERE.
Is this a period and war that you've taken an interest in?
