If you've never considered playing Warmachine by Privateer Press because you thought the rules sounded a bit intimidating then thankfully they've put together an awesome How to Play Tutorial above which you can watch to get you up to speed. Best of all this works with some of the components of the Two Player Battle Box that you can buy featuring both Khador & the Protectorate of Menoth...
The video will run you through movement, how to use focus, shooting, and of course the metal crunch of melee as massive Warjacks smash things to pieces at the order of your Warcasters. It's certainly a game of tactical decision making!
As I mentioned above the How To Play features some of the forces from the Two Player Battle Box which is a very good way of getting into the game. This was actually how I started to play as the mighty forces of Khador and I enjoyed the game at this lower skirmish level. With added infantry on top of the Warjacks it's a great smattering of everything.

I have played Warmachine a couple of times before. This video really helps drive the basic rules home.
It makes me wanna pull out my minis and paints and get back into Warmachine.

Nice video you can get more of the feel of a game like this. Would be good to see more of these from companies as like most i will check YouTube now before i buy something i haven’t seen before and you have to really on get a fair opinion of someone.

So the game is managed by a resource mechanism. It has a different feel than other games I seen and played. At first following the neration helped when they went step by step, but after they covered the basics I got lost as to what roles where for what and how they got more dice from what. I’m sure if I play this game it make more sense in time.
I haven’t had a chance to watch the above video to see how it explains things, but what got me into Warmachine in the first place, were the demo games that BoW used to have with Andy as Cygnar and….a guy who I never saw in any other videos as Khador.
The videos then sadly got lost when the site got an update, which I thought was a real shame, because I was able to link the 2 videos that were released to a mate, and he got into Warmachine as well.
Locally, there are loads of Warmachine players who are more than happy to demo the game, but I can see a video like this helping the game pick up in places where the local meta is different.
Warmachine is a great game, and I’d love for more people to enjoy it.
