Lucky Duck Announces BBC’s Sherlock Investigative Puzzle Game

Sherlock Holmes is no stranger to the tabletop! We've been on adventures with him as a Consulting Detective and duelled in a battle of cunning against his brother Mycroft. We have seen many different perceptions of the genius at his investigatory work, and now a familiar face from our big screens is taking his chance at the table.

Lucky Duck Games have teamed up with BBC Studios to bring Benedict Cumberbatch and cast in a competitive puzzle game with Sherlock: Case Connection.

Working closely with characters that we know and adore so well, players will step into familiar environments as they investigate and solve the case. Striving to be the next best investigator in scenes from the show, and to potentially out-think Sherlock himself. 2-4 players will attempt to solve the case that Sherlock is upwind of, they will need to collect proof, and synthesise evidence in a series of clue hunting.

Players will not be working together, they must prove to be savvier than their opponents, competing to be a Detective worthy of praise from mastermind Sherlock, and respect from the warm-hearted Watson.

Lucky Duck is not stopping there! They have announced a deal that we will be seeing more Benadryl Cucumberpatch on our tables. With Sherlock: Case Connection being the first catalyst of a series of games to be produced by the publisher teaming up with the hit BBC IP.

The game is set to be released to a worldwide audience and a plethora of different languages, such as English, French, Italian and Polish. Heading over to our tables in the second quarter of the year.
