New Massive Box Of Necromunda Terrain On The Way
February 7, 2022 by brennon
Games Workshop didn't have much else new to reveal for this week but we did get a peek at a newly collected set of Necromunda terrain. This is going to be a big boxed set that should allow you to make all manner of interesting locations for Sci-Fi gang warfare.
Terrain Kit // Necromunda

The idea is that this kit is going to allow you to make a pretty hefty portion of the Underhive. There are going to be 106 pieces of terrain and various accessories in the mix. It certainly looks good as a way of representing a gang hideout or lost sectors of the hive packed with archeotech!
One of the nice things about this kit is that it comes with all those bits and pieces which add narrative. You've got consoles and all sorts that can be pushed and prodded, allowing you to interact with the gaming table when you're playing.
I also like that it has a good degree of height to it. There are plenty of spaces for a ganger to provide overwatch. Those spots also make a great place to be knocked off...
Are you tempted to snap up this set when it lands?

If you rearrange the terrain I think theirs a good 40K outpost in this box for the wasteland gamers.
Yup – could easily be used for 40K as an outpost or something.
That is nice looking terrain.
For a second there I actually thought that was cardboard. Must have been playing too much stuff from Battle Systems.
It does looks good though.
I am on the edge of buying a whole bunch of Battle Systems stuff…
Ooh, terrain or game?
A bunch of the terrain – thinking I could get a few of the smaller sets and a board/mat to just make a quick and easy home table for Sci-Fi
That’s about as much terrain as I still need for my Zone Mortalis boards…. so kind of interesting. Whether its really worth getting now like that kind of them depends on how much of a deal GW wants to make this.
Massively dense and claustrophobic fighting FTW
It’s impressive how little floorspace you get for that much plastic. Those massive square pillars they use instead of normal corners sure are square and big.
