The skull thing is interesting because although everyone thinks Warhammer is full skulls, traditionally neither the dwarfs nor the elves were particularly skull laden and nor were the Bretonnians (although you might find the occasional one here and there). Of the “good” factions, skulls were really the domain of the Empire.
