I have finished the last lot of the Baron’s War kickstarter by Warhost and Footsore bringing my collection to a temporary end, for the time being, as I have now painted at least one of every figure. So I better start arranging some games to play and get some practice in for a tournament being held in Market Harborough.

So I have finished painting King John, King of England and the villain of the Baron’s War in some eyes. I have aimed to make him a little fancy in him dress.

Next is the Archbishop of York, Walter de Gray, again another villain of the story in Death and Taxes, but not the Baron’s War so much.

The last character is actually King William of the Scots but I have used the figure to represent an old, veteran noble Lord, a defender of his land and the people within, in the Charnwood, Sir Augustus of Charley.

I also have painted some Pauperes commilitones Christi Templique Salomonici, the Poor Fellow-Soldiers of Christ and of the Temple of Solomon. These are beautiful sculpts by Paul Hicks and I hope that these are going to be added to in the future.

I have added some more Sergeants at Arms armed with either Bills or Crossbows.

Lastly I have the Objective Markers from Warhost, not released as yet, for Baron’s War game and other games too. I really like these as they really add some character as these are lovely little vignettes .
